My clients and I laugh and have fun. Without laughter, exercise is just hard work. Why not combine them?
>> To achieve weight loss goals, modify your eating habits.
Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables; drink a lot of water; eat breakfast, then eat four to five small meals during the day. Minimize your intake of sugars, fats and fried foods.
>> Don't believe in the myth of spot reducing.
Killing yourself with sit-ups won't remove stomach fat. Sure, you'll strengthen the abdominal muscles over the stomach, but cardiovascular exercise and proper nutrition are needed to lose fat. And, when the fat decreases, it will be all over, not just in certain areas.
>> Be good to your core.
Always pull in your abdominal muscles so they develop inward.
